This virtual exhibition displays the creative works of students at The Dickson Poon School of Law, King’s College London. These creations were designed by postgraduate students on the LLM programme who joined the ‘Global Law of Climate Change’ course that looks at the relationship with climate change and the rule of law in a global context.
The module is taught by environmental legal scholar Dr Leslie-Anne Duvic-Paoli, member of the King’s Centre for Climate Law & Governance. Understanding the climate emergency as a crisis of ideas, she believes that higher education has a moral responsibility to increase awareness about the environmental crisis and facilitate social change. In this course, students are asked to produce a creative item that presents their research project in a way that easily communicates their findings to the public.
This virtual exhibition displays the work of students from the past three years. It will be updated every year with new creations. Notably, the latest additions to the exhibition feature the works of students from FGV São Paulo who joined the course ‘Planetary and Human Sustainability:International Law and Climate Change.’

Curators of the Exhibition
This virtual exhibition owes its creation and development to the dedicated efforts of Caitlin Mannion and Saira Munir, who contributed their talents as part of the esteemed 2022 and 2023 FLEETS (Law Education, Enhancement, Teaching, and Scholarship) fellowship under the guidance of Dr Leslie-Anne Duvic-Paoli. We also extend our thanks to Dickson Poon School of Law for its support by funding the two FLEETS scholarships that made this exhibition possible.
