Brief Description of My Dissemination Output: I decided to create an informative flyer, to educate on climate litigation pursued by indigenous communities. It is designed to look like a small travel guide taking the audience on a short tour around some of the countries in which climate litigation is currently conducted by indigenous communities. It is aimed to educate an audience with little legal knowledge and leave them with key takeaways as to how to approach indigenous climate change litigation. Additionally, the world map is supposed to highlight some of the recent pursuits of climate litigation, aimed at making policy changes as well as in hopes of receiving protection from the effects of climate change. There is currently much talk about indigenous climate litigation, and I wanted to create a dissemination output that takes the reader on a guided tour, aimed at navigating indigenous climate litigation.
