“The poster aims to convey the message by way of a fictional girl Onida living on the Tuvalu islands which is facing a threat to its existence due to the rising sea levels and is at risk of submerging. The poster tries to depict why the COPs and the UN Special Rapporteur’s reports are not effective enough to address these issues and then lists ways in which indigenous communities can be helped to tackle these issues in a much better way”.
